Position Overview
Fresh. Forward. Flowers. Flowers Foods, Inc. is a leading producer of packaged bakery goods, dedicated to creating moments of joy through its diverse range of products. This role is part of Flowers Bakeries Sales of NorCal, LLC.
Position Responsibilities
- Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Expand shelf space and display in-store promotions
- Maximize product shelf life by properly rotating products
- Use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth
- Work collaboratively with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Service accounts during designated service windows and work non-traditional business hours as needed
- Adapt to demands of a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) environment
- Gain knowledge and skills about the industry
- Work independently and as a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Delivery driver experience
- High school diploma or GED
Essential Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
- Compliance with Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Adherence to federal, state, and local CMV regulations
- Completion of RSR training after 4 weeks of company-paid training
- Able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (optional)

Salary Range
$70,000 - $85,000 annually
