Route Sales Representative

Join a team built on service, reliability, and integrity at Cold Front Distribution. We are a leading frozen food distributor serving a 17-state region, delivering many of the nation's most recognized brands of ice cream, frozen pizza, and prepared foods to grocery and retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and accurately to retail customer locations
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and customers
• Merge and maintain product displays as needed
• Manage daily route activities while providing exceptional customer service
• Operate handheld technology to complete deliveries and inventory functions
• Ensure compliance with all DOT and company safety requirements

Requirements

• CDL preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently
• Previous DSD, food distribution, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to frequently lift, move, and deliver products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including some overnight stays

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Weekends off
• Some overnights
• Annual salary: $60,000–$65,000
