Route Sales Representative
About the role
The Route Sales Representative supports the Service Departments in meeting customers' needs through up-selling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service. This position reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License, CDL when applicable, and be 21 years or older.
- Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, comprehend and follow direction.
- Have two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work.
- Support for other service team members where required.
- Accurately recognize colors and sizes.
- Stoop, pull, push, reach overhead, lift up to 75 lbs. and move loaded carts up to 500 lbs.
- Daily travel, operating vehicles on public roads, in and out of customer locations, loading areas of industrial laundry facilities, service centers, or depot.
- Work in indoor and outdoor areas of industrial laundry facilities.
