Route Sales Driver - Roanoke

Responsibilities
- Deliver dairy products safely and on time to customers
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer retention and expand sales
- Stock, rotate, and remove out of date, damaged, or unsellable product
- Maintain a clean and fully stocked display area for each customer
- Pick up all empty milk crates
- Resolve discrepancies and minor customer issues, alerting management when necessary
- Use a handheld computer to order products, calculate sales and track inventory daily
- Comply with DOT regulations and company policy including required pre and post trip inspections, completing required paperwork daily
- Maintain assigned truck in a neat and clean condition including inside cab and refrigerated box
Requirements
- Possess a Class A or Class B CDL
- High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent
- Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and physical abilities test
- Must be organized, detailed oriented, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Customer Service or Sales Experience is a plus
- Direct Store Delivery experience is a plus

Pay
Salary Range: $54,000 - $58,000 per year

Schedule
Monday - Friday, start time between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM, with a 10+ to 11+ hour work shift. Willingness to work additional days and federal holidays if needed.
