The Role at Bimbo Bakeries USA is a dedicated team member responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery production line. This includes monitoring equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate bakery production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors immediately to maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect both employees and customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety procedures and manuals.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and management.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
