About the role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Prepare and package products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to avoid stockouts.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation tasks to keep the bakery environment clean and hygienic.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food service or similar industry preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with good driving record (if applicable).
- Knowledge of basic baking and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
