About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
• Prepare and package products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to avoid stockouts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation tasks to keep the bakery environment clean and hygienic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food service or similar industry preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with good driving record (if applicable).
• Knowledge of basic baking and food preparation techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
