Compensation
Starting pay $25.86 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location). Once assigned a route, average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on new business and account growth.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow a designated route – account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
- Prospect and close new business within your territory.
- Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
- Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
- Build long‑term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
- Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
- Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.

Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service experience required.
- Valid Class C driver’s license – no CDL required.
- Clean driving record for the past 36 months.
- Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lb daily.
- Ability to drive a 26‑foot bobtail truck.
