Route Driver Service Representative

About the role

Mini Melts is an established leader in cryogenically frozen ice cream. We are growing nationally and seek leaders and team players to maintain our position as industry leaders while satisfying our clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mini Melts Ice Cream at customer locations (convenience stores, drug stores, grocery stores, entertainment centers, malls, schools, and universities).
• Work with decision-makers to meet their needs through our white-glove service commitment.
• Service and stock Mini Melts equipment, including vending machines and Grab N Go freezers, using a provided company Transit Van.
• Collaborate with local and regional leadership to drive brand growth.
• Collect, secure, and transport funds from vending machines and Grab N Go collections to the office.
• Ensure equipment is fully operational, updated with current point-of-sale materials, and perform preventive maintenance (e.g., ice scraping, cleaning, replacing stickers/signage).
• Update management through our route management software.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by Depot leadership.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule with availability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Report to the local depot at the beginning of each day for routing updates.
• Operate motor vehicles (typically a Transit Van) and comply with all transportation laws.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and criminal background check.
