This is a local route where you will be home every night, blending sales, hands-on service, and daily variety. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 and a six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,110/week.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
• Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.

Requirements

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred.
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools).

Pay

$70,000-$85,000+ average annual earnings after 1 year (base pay + commission).
