Crystal Clean, a nationwide leader in environmental and waste services, is growing fast and hiring motivated Sales & Service Representatives to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Deliver Essential Services: Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups.
- Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
- Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred
- Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools)
Qualifications
- $70,000-$85,000+ average annual earnings after 1 year (base pay + commission)

Pay
$1,110/week during the six-month training period, with potential for higher earnings after 1 year.

Local route where you will be home every night.
