Crystal Clean, a nationwide leader in environmental and waste services, is growing fast and hiring motivated Oil Sales & Service Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
• Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.

Requirements

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker, and HAZMAT preferred
• Able to maneuver hoses weighing up to 40 lbs and climb ladders regularly

• $70,000-$85,000+ average annual earnings after 1 year (base pay + commission)

Pay

$1,100/week during the six-month training period, with potential for higher earnings post-training.
