Route Driver

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products.
• Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team.
• Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records.
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements.

Requirements

• Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work.
• Reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily.
• Strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency.
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (training provided).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career.
• Ability to lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50–80 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Class C or B license if needed.

• Day Shift.
• Flexible start times.
