Route Driver

About the role

The Route Driver performs deliveries along a designated route, handles invoicing and collections, and ensures a high level of customer service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses efficiently and on time.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders; collect payments and issue invoices.
• Address customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly with a customer-focused approach.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for company vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct end-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1–3 years of route experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to engage effectively with strangers and build professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Pay

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour.
