About the role
As a Route Driver, you will collect and transport raw materials from customers—ranging from small butchers, grocers, and restaurants to large slaughterhouses and food processors—back to our facilities and transfer stations. You will manage your route using an onboard computer (OBC) while maintaining a backup paper log for compliance. Daily responsibilities include keeping your truck clean, completing vehicle condition reports, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to all laws and regulations. This position allows you to be home every night.
Responsibilities
- Collect and transport raw materials from a diverse customer base to facilities and transfer stations.
- Operate a straight truck or tractor-trailer along a designated route, visiting multiple customers daily.
- Manage route logistics using an onboard computer (OBC) and maintain accurate paper logs for compliance.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, keep the truck clean, and complete vehicle condition reports.
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker and doubles & triples endorsements.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations and adapt to changes.
- Two years of experience operating a commercial vehicle in a route delivery setting and experience with truck hydraulics are preferred.

Pay
Competitive pay up to $85K annually, including overtime, depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time position with local routes, allowing you to be home every night. Regular overtime opportunities are available.
