Route Driver
Vista Vending delivers full-service break rooms to businesses across Seattle, Tacoma, and the Puget Sound — vending machines, self-checkout micro markets, office coffee, and pantry service. We're a locally rooted team of 30+ where everyone plays a critical role, from the warehouse to the routes to management. We invest in modern technology like remote monitoring and cashless payments so our drivers can focus on keeping customers stocked and taken care of.
About the role
As a Route Driver, you're the face of our company — driving your own daily route, keeping vending machines and micro markets stocked, and ensuring customers always find what they're looking for. No two stops are the same, and at the end of the day, you can see exactly what you accomplished.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company route truck to customer locations on an established daily route — you're home every night.
- Stock and merchandise vending machines: fill product, rotate stock, and keep every machine clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Collect cash and refill coin mechanisms, keeping accurate counts along the way.
- Use a mobile app to log inventory, fill levels, spoilage, and service notes at each stop.
- Spot and report machine issues so repairs get handled fast.
- Wrap up at the warehouse: turn in cash, restock returns, and load your truck for the next day.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age (required for company vehicle insurance).
- Reliability — your customers and teammates count on you showing up ready to go.
- Attention to detail with cash handling, product rotation, and accurate record-keeping.
- Comfort working independently and managing your own route.
- Ability to lift and move products, load/unload bins and crates, and stay on your feet throughout the day.
- Basic smartphone/app skills — we'll train you on our system.
No vending experience is needed. We'll teach you everything about our machines, products, and processes.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Consistent weekday schedule with early starts and early finishes. Room to grow with a company that's expanding across the region.
Pay
$20 - $24 USD per hour.
