Route Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)/Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• • Load and organize your delivery vehicle for daily routes.
  • Deliver wine and spirits safely and accurately to customer accounts throughout the Kansas City area.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
  • Complete delivery paperwork, invoices, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Warehouse Operations
• Pick and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Unload trucks and organize inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Aid in inventory accuracy and product organization.
• Support the team to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to routinely lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions during deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• One year of warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Full-time, stable employment.
• Monday-Friday schedule.

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
• Occasional weekends and holidays may be required based on business needs.
