Route Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)/Warehouse Associate

What You’ll Be Doing

• Load delivery vehicle and deliver product to customer accounts.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service on every stop.
• Handle invoices, paperwork, and payments accurately.

Driver Responsibilities

• Move, lift, organize, and make things happen.
• Return from daily route to help in the warehouse.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Pick and build orders accurately for daily routes.
• Receive and check in incoming product shipments.
• Unload trucks and organize inventory efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run warehouse at all times.
• Stage product for delivery routes to ensure smooth morning operations.
• Keep inventory accurate and accessible.

Who We’re Looking For

• Show up consistently and on time (non-negotiable).
• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
• Be physically capable of lifting and moving 50+ lbs regularly.
• Keep things organized and pay attention to detail.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable MVR (required for backup driving).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions when needed.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year warehouse or delivery experience preferred (but not required for the right person).

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18/hour.
• Full-time position.
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Overtime as needed.
