Route Delivery Driver

About the role

If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, and connecting with customers, the Route Driver position may be a perfect fit. You will manage a daily delivery route, delivering water and salt, servicing dispensing units, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

Primary responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products.
• Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
• Build strong, long‑lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team.
• Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records.
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements.
• Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

• Enjoy hands‑on, physical work and take pride in staying active.
• Reliable, customer‑focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage a delivery route accurately and efficiently.
• Mechanically inclined; able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (training provided).
• Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 50–80 lb).
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a Class C or B license if needed.
• No college degree required—motivation and willingness to learn are essential.

Schedule

• Day shift with flexible start times.
• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Pay

• Hourly wage plus lead fees.
• Monthly bonus opportunities.
