Round Lake SL - Executive Director

About the role

Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is seeking an Executive Director to join their growing team. The community recently opened in January 2023 and is located in Arden Hills, near Bethel University.

Responsibilities

• Makes sure each department's activities are monitored, policies are communicated, performance is evaluated, feedback is provided, assistance is given, and coaching and discipline are conducted as needed.
• Fosters an environment that encourages creative thinking, problem-solving, and empowerment among the facility management team.
• Conducts regular rounds to oversee nursing care, support department operations, facility cleanliness and appearance, staff morale, and ensures resident needs are met.
• Maintains positive relationships with government regulators, residents, families, area healthcare providers, physicians, and the broader community.
• Manages facility budgets and business practices, including labor costs, payables, and receivables.
• Develops and implements a marketing strategy that reflects service opportunities, addresses potential market area changes, and maximizes census, payer mix, and ancillary revenues.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Assisted Living Director in the state of operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising.
• Passion and experience in working with memory care.
• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.

Schedule

Shifts available: Full-Time Monday - Friday.

Pay

Wage: $80,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience.
