Key Responsibilities And Deliverables
- Install new HVAC equipment in residential tract homes.
- Perform sheet metal duck work and attic/virtual splits (gas or heat pump).
- Achieve production goals and meet quality standards.
- Use power hand tools such as drills, panduit straps, snips, sawzall, and general construction tools.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Show excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills And Experience
- 1-2 years of HVAC residential tract home experience.
- Experience roughing-in residential tract homes with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC code.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
