Rough Cut Operator - 1st Shift ($1000 Sign on Bonus)

Responsibilities

• Operate Waterjet/Combi-Cut and saw machinery
• Maintain machinery and perform quality checks
• Interpret blueprint drawings and sketches
• Set up and operate cutting machinery
• Document and organize material received, moved, scrapped, and quality verified
• Inspect and maintain equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and keep work area clean
• Operate overhead crane and forklift
• Perform cross-training on multiple types of equipment
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with machinery
• Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Pay and Schedule

The starting hourly range for this position is $19.00-$24.00. The range is determined by role, level, and location.
