As a Rotordynamics Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for Gas Turbine rotor and bearings design, manufacture, test, and after-market troubleshooting and diagnostics support. Scope includes responsibility for rotors, bearings, adjacent engine static structures, as well as interaction with package accessory and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Design single-component and system-level rotordynamic analyses.
- Implement applied process improvements such as balancing methodology, production sequences, or testing plans.
- Collaborate with production engineers and shop personnel to provide guidance for manufacturing components critical to rotordynamic system behavior.
- Interact with test engineers and field personnel to ensure proper acquisition of vibration data, diagnose and assess product health, and provide troubleshooting recommendations.
Requirements
This position requires working onsite five days a week. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Pay
Summary pay range: $120,600.00 - $180,900.00. Compensation and benefits may vary depending on job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
