About the role
We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services, ensuring safe and efficient patient transfers in collaboration with medical teams.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients to and from various locations and facilities
- Maintain aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with FAR and company standards
- Accurately document and record flights and operational details
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and partners
- Provide shift change and safety information following established protocols
- Maintain necessary certifications and complete ongoing training
Requirements
- Current FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate and Helicopter Instrument Rating
- FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- At least 2,000 total flight hours, including 2,000 helicopter hours, with 1,000 PIC hours and 1,000 turbine helicopter hours
- Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours and 100 hours of instrument flight time
- Ability to meet weight requirements with gear
Qualifications
- Experience with EC135/H135 aircraft (preferred)
- High school diploma or higher education (preferred)
