About the role
We are seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services, ensuring safe and efficient patient transport in emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with medical teams to transport patients safely to and from facilities
- Ensuring aircraft readiness according to manuals and regulatory standards
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations
- Communicating effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and partners
- Providing shift change briefings and following protocols for documentation
- Maintaining required certifications and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Current FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- At least 2,000 total flight hours, including 2,000 helicopter hours and 1,000 PIC hours
- Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours and 100 instrument flight hours
- Weight limit of 230 pounds with gear
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Experience with EC135/H135 aircraft
- High school diploma or higher
