Maintain Safety and Comfort
This position requires the commitment, skill, and professional demeanor of a dedicated self-starter and a team player. Regularly, this role involves emergency response after hours.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, install, and repair existing or new HVAC, electrical, or plumbing equipment.
- Perform general carpentry, spackling, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Replace 110V outlets, replace sink faucets, lubricate bearings, replace motor belts, and other tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, swimming pool operation, carpentry, drywall, and safe handling of pool chemicals such as chlorine and muriatic acid.
- Isolate water leaks and make repairs to piping and fittings.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Formal education from an accredited technical school preferred.
- 5 years' previous hands-on experience with building maintenance.

Pay
$50,000. Actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
Schedule
40 hours per week. During the training period, the employee may be required to work different days and/or hours than the regularly posted schedule.
