Responsibilities

• Provide resources for support, training, and schedule maintenance.
• Aid projects in establishing baseline schedules, updates, documentation, and modifications.
• Produce or assist in developing preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and assure quality.
• Design all project schedules and contract agreements, ensuring data integrity throughout the project life cycle and preparing required reports for client support.
• Produce monthly status reports for upper management that show vital schedule information and explain any changes from the previous month.
• Support project teams with schedule narratives to explain month‑to‑month discrepancies.
• Support project teams with schedule analysis and time‑impact analysis exercises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

Qualifications

• Education: No minimum education requirements.
• Certifications/Licenses: Driver’s License and TWIC Card.
• Experience: 5 + years of planning and scheduling in an industrial setting.
