Responsibilities
- Carries out standard rope access operations to perform maintenance, repairs, and other industrial work tasks on industrial petrol/chemical equipment while on ropes.
- Performs rescue operations as needed.
- Completes technical reports and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to IRATA/SPRAT standards and practices.
- Ensures team members utilize proper personal protective equipment.
- Displays a healthy respect for heights and follows all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety procedures.
- Participates in required training and maintains a working understanding of rope access safe working practices.
- Inspects and verifies rope access systems and components before use.
- Recognizes worksite hazards and notifies the Rope Access Supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
- Maintains proficiency at rescue techniques and assists in rescues as directed and in accordance with certification level.
- Performs physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, and walking.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- IRATA/SPRAT Level I, II, or III certification.
- Current TWIC Card Required.
- NCCER Certified and/or holds a Electrician County/State license.
- Minimum of 3 years as an Industrial Electrician.
- NFPA 70e certification (2024 or 2027).
- Capacity for work at height.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Passes a background check and drug test.

- Essential Qualifications: SPRAT or IRATA Level I, II, or III certified.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
