Responsibilities
- Perform rope access work in accordance with SPRAT/IRATA standards
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, or repairs at height
- Assist with rigging and equipment setup
- Follow all company safety policies and job-specific procedures
- Maintain tools, ropes, and personal protective equipment
- Complete job documentation as required
Qualifications
- All Levels: Current SPRAT or IRATA certification (Level I, II, or III)
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
- Strong safety mindset and situational awareness
- Ability to pass required drug screening and site safety requirements
- Preferred / Level-Dependent: Previous industrial or maintenance experience
- Level II or III rigging and rescue knowledge
- Coating, welding, NDT, or mechanical experience
- OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR
- Active TWIC card
- Valid driver license and USA passport
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and elevated locations
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
