Rooms Controller

Responsibilities

• Manages intraday hotel inventory to maximize room revenue and efficiencies
• Blocks and coordinates guest room assignments based on guest arrival and departure patterns

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of one (1) year of front desk experience
• Prior high-volume customer service experience
• High degree of interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
