About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Room Service Server to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering food and beverages directly to our guests' rooms, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest rooms.
• Ensure all orders are complete and presented neatly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and carts.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front desk staff to coordinate orders and guest needs.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards consistently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
