Room Service Associate, Resource Pool, 1st and 2nd Shift

About the Role

The Room Service Associate (RSA) transports Room Service Carts to units to deliver meals to patients while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and a pleasant, cheerful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to patients using Room Service Carts
• Manage nursing unit bulk nourishment inventories
• Maintain tidiness of unit nourishment kitchens
• Relay identified problems to Supervisor
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Polite, friendly, and helpful with patients, nurses, and customers
• Flexible with schedule times
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Schedule

First and Second Shift, Monday–Sunday, varied days and hours (PRN).
