Key Responsibilities

• Inspects guest rooms, including bathrooms, for cleanliness, sanitization, and compliance with IHG brand standards.
• Identifies and reports maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, malfunctioning equipment, or damages.
• Updates the Room Management System/Front Desk with the status of rooms (e.g., Clean/Vacant) and ensures prompt turnover.
• Affords assistance in training new housekeeping employees, supervising staff, and ensuring inventory is properly used.
• Ensures all in-room amenities are stocked and that the room meets a high aesthetic standard to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years prior hotel housekeeping experience
• Supervisory experience desired
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
