Room Inspector

About the role

The Room Inspector shares in adding warmth and happiness to every guest experience by safely and efficiently ensuring the guest’s room meets the cleanliness standards of the hotel and the brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a room attendant or rooms inspector.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform the physical demands listed above.

Schedule

Flexible working hours including nights and weekends; extended workdays may be required.
