About the role
The Room Inspector shares in adding warmth and happiness to every guest experience by safely and efficiently ensuring the guest’s room meets the cleanliness standards of the hotel and the brand.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms are clean and presentable
- Perform routine inspections to maintain hotel standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Prior experience as a room attendant or rooms inspector
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Qualifications
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
- Computer skills for keying and viewing material on a computer screen

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Flexible working hours including nights and weekends; extended workdays may be required.
