Responsibilities

• Maintain BRAND cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas through inspection.
• Train staff in all aspects of housekeeping, including guest service.
• Administer guest satisfaction inspection procedures and reports.
• Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimal disruption to guests.
• Demonstrate a commitment to guest service by responding promptly to guests’ needs.
• Empower hotel staff to deliver great guest service by encouraging responsiveness to guests.
• Ensure housekeepers understand and manage their responsibilities.
• Recognize and correct conditions that may create security, fire, or accident hazards.

Requirements

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
