Room Inspector

About the role

Motto by Hilton Bentonville is seeking a Room Inspector to join their team. The role plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, enhancing guest experiences, and contributing to a fun, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BRAND cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met
• Train staff in all aspects of housekeeping including guest service
• Administer guest satisfaction inspection procedures and report findings
• Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimal disruption to guests
• Respond promptly to guests' needs with an interest in satisfying every guest
• Empower hotel staff to deliver great guest service by encouraging responsiveness to guests' needs
• Ensure housekeepers understand their responsibilities and manage against them
• Recognize and correct conditions that may create security, fire, or accident hazards

Requirements

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred
• Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in work
• Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines

Qualifications

• Physical demands: Stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, navigate various departments of the organization's premises

• Education and experience: Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred
