About the role
Join our Hotels team and brighten someone’s day every time you come to work! As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure guest rooms are spotless, delight guests with memorable experiences, and manage supplies and waste.
Responsibilities
- Provide turndown service: Adjust bed covers, fulfill guest preferences, and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies.
- Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
- Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
- Auxiliary tasks: Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
