Room Attendant-Towneplace Suites-Loma Linda

We are hiring Room Attendants to play a vital role in delivering the comfort and care that define the TownePlace Suites Loma Linda experience. Every clean room contributes to our mission to Soar to Success and provides guests with the comfort of home.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Report lost and found items immediately according to policy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical role requiring bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to hotel uniform and grooming standards.
