Full-Time Room Attendant - TownePlace Suites

About the role

As a Room Attendant for High Hotels LTD., you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure the high standards of cleanliness and service for the hotel and the brand are met. Room Attendants should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the hotel guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards in the allotted amount of time.
• Vacuuming carpet and furniture.
• Cleaning and dusting furniture.
• Cleaning kitchenettes and washing the dishes in suites.
• Changing bed linens.
• Cleaning the guest room bathroom.
• Cleaning high touch areas of the hotel to meet brand COVID-19 cleaning standards.
• Assisting in the laundry room: washing, drying, folding and sorting laundry.
• Maintaining the linen cart and ensuring supplies are neatly organized.
• Ensuring security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs.
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• The ability to support any property owned by High Hotels, Ltd. in the Mechanicsburg, PA area.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

Pay

Starting Rate: $17.33hr. *Potential for increase is based on experience.

Schedule

This position is Full-time working 8:00AM-4:00PM on weekdays & 9:00AM-5:00PM Saturday/Sunday. *Weekends are required Please Note: shift end times will vary based on occupancy rate and workload. Weekends include a $1/hr. shift premium!
