Room Attendant - Soho Warehouse LA
About the Role
A reliable and friendly Room Attendant will provide superb customer service to our guests. Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. To be successful, you must be honest, organized, dependable, and have detailed knowledge of all housekeeping policies and procedures. You should be passionate about creating and maintaining tidy spaces with a great can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms through daily deep cleaning.
- Change all linen on a daily basis.
- Remove all linen and trash from the room.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms.
- Replace all used amenities after every guest departure.
- Prepare beds with linen, ensuring it is free of stains and rips.
- Report any defects in guest rooms or throughout the hotel.
- Vacuum every room and sweep and mop daily.
- Understand and have knowledge of property amenities.
- Assist guests as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirements

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to make periodic fast-paced movements throughout the property.
- Must be able to move, pull, push, carry, or lift at least 30 pounds.
- Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb.
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.

Pay
In accordance with California law, the salary range for this role if filled within California is $27—$27 USD. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
