Room Attendant PM - Courtyard Fort Worth Alliance

About the Role

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas in the hotel, ensuring that all guest rooms are prepared to high standards, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to property standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy in a timely manner.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of hotel public areas, including hallways, lounges, restrooms, and elevators.
• Respond courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: CY Fort Worth – 40 rooms.
