Room Attendant PM/Bistro - Courtyard Fort Worth at Alliance

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Courtyard Fort Worth at Alliance Town Center, you will maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your work ensures all guest rooms are prepared to high standards, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to property standards
• Ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy in a timely manner
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of hotel public areas including hallways, lounges, restrooms, and elevators
• Respond courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and time management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds frequently
• Ability to push/pull housekeeping carts and operate cleaning equipment
