Room Attendant - MFPKB

Your Day to Day

• Maintain rooms and suites to high standards
• Help guests with requests such as providing toothbrushes or directions
• Keep supervisor informed of room service progress and notify of needed repairs
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when necessary
• Stay organized and minimize waste
• Reunite lost items with owners and log them
• Wear uniform with pride
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, minimizing waste
• Report, turn in, and log lost and found items according to established procedures
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide excellent service
• May assist with deep cleaning projects
• May perform turndown duties
• May assist with other tasks as assigned

What We Need from You

• Fitness to be able to work on your feet throughout the day
• Strength to lift items up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects
• Literacy skills for reading, writing, and basic math
• A flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $16.23 to $17.99. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and many other benefits to eligible employees.
