Responsibilities
- Focus on ways to promote and engage in internal growth programs.
- Continuously exemplify and live by our culture.
- Meet or exceed company goals and three key metrics.
- Adhere to all Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. and property-specific brand standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas; report any deficiencies or out-of-order equipment to the maintenance department.
- Make beds neatly with fresh linens.
- Pick up trash from floors, empty waste cans, clean mirrors and shelves, wipe doorframes and furniture, dust light fixtures, windowsills, and baseboards, and arrange furniture properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the hallway in front of the room.
- Deep clean one room daily.
- Clean bathrooms, including scrubbing basins, bathtubs, toilets, and tile floors with detergent.
- Disinfect surfaces in bathrooms.
- Replenish room supplies (glasses, stationery, soaps, shampoo, tissue, toilet paper, guest directories) and place clean towels on racks.
- Vacuum each room and hallway.
- Report to the Executive Housekeeper all vacated and clean rooms, occupied and clean rooms, discrepancies, or any unusual conditions or repairs needed.
- Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and personal appearance.
- Know fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure security of guests, fellow associates, and hotel assets.
- Perform any other duties requested by the General Manager to aid in better hotel operations and guest service.
- Keep confidential all business functions of the company, including financial status, guest information, and associate issues.

- Ability to climb up and down stairs.
- Clear, understandable voice and basic hearing ability; must understand English.
- Ability to bend, stretch arms overhead, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
