Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings
• Stock rooms with necessary items such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
• Identify and report items guests have left behind using the hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player mentality
• Ability to exceed guest expectations
