Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (e.g., mall, restaurants)
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing the hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Knowledge of cleanliness standards

Pay

Compensation Range: $15.55 - $18.66

This position is tipped eligible.
