THE ROLE Role As a Room Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest. You’ll take pride in the details, keeping guest rooms and assigned areas to our standards while working efficiently and safely as part of the Housekeeping team. You will: Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standardsMake beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls, and complete other room-cleaning tasksComplete rooms efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining qualityRestock guest room amenities according to Company standardsReport maintenance issues or items requiring immediate attentionReport any damage, missing items, or guest belongings found in rooms to the appropriate managerFollow all lost-and-found proceduresMaintain complete security of assigned master room keys and return them at the end of each shiftAssist with laundry and other Housekeeping duties as neededCommunicate professionally and courteously with guests, managers, and fellow team membersHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized Housekeeping environmentSupport other team members and hotel departments as needed What Success Looks Like Success means every room you touch is clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome the next guest. What We’re Looking For Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferredBasic cleaning skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently while maintaining Company standardsDependable and responsible with a strong work ethicAbility to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team membersAbility to prioritize, stay organized, and use good judgmentComfortable working independently while also contributing to a teamAbility to follow safety, security, and lost-and-found proceduresAbility to work with approved cleaning agentsAbility to frequently walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
