About the role

The Comfort Suites Blythe is hiring Room Attendants to deliver the comfort and care that define the hotel experience. Each clean room supports the mission to “Soar to Success” and provides guests with the comfort of home. The Room Attendant maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Keep carts and supply areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Report lost and found items immediately according to policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Adherence to hotel uniform and grooming standards.
