Room Attendant

About the role

Room Attendants are responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. You will communicate with guests and Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Assist guests with requests and questions
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
