About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As part of Pacific Hotel Management and the IHG family of hotels, you will help create clean, comfortable spaces that make guests feel at home while delivering exceptional hospitality in a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand and quality standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and sanitize guest room touchpoints.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and room preparations as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist in public areas, answer guest inquiries, deliver items to guest rooms, and restock supplies.

Requirements

• One year of housekeeping, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment.

Schedule

Full-time position. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Pay

Starting wage: $22.00 per hour.
